In a recent Instagram post, Tanushree Dutta revealed some shocking admissions about the "extreme mental, physical, and psychological abuse" she still experiences.

She recently used Instagram to express her frustration, writing, "I'm being harassed & targeted extremely aggressively... It constitutes extreme psychological, physical, and mental harassment. I'm not going to die by suicide, and I'm not going anyplace. I intend to remain and revive here.

"I've been experiencing things for a while. The first time I covered everything in a single post was here. For the first time, I sat down and tried not to seem insane as I put my ideas together. Dutta explains that when odd things happen to you, your mind might become altered.

The 38-year-old continues, "Since I returned to India, a lot of things have transpired. Despite the fact that I have been given a bad reputation by the Bollywood mafias, people want to work with me as I strive to revive my career. I accept approaches for both film and web projects and have even agreed to some of them, but I haven't seen any of them take off. Suddenly, the director or producers go undercover, or the sponsors withdraw.

The four years ago in India, Dutta was the face of the #MeToo movement. She claims, "I came back in 2020, and I have lost count of how many times this has occurred to me. People just hear one thing: "It's best not to work with her." And since they don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, folks avoid me. They define their activity as hunting because they like it. People are reluctant to tamper with them because of their strength. Nobody will be open to giving me a chance.

Dutta refers to them as "nameless and faceless people" without using any names specifically. Since I lack evidence and they are ready to make accusations, I don't want to identify names. I was the spokesperson for the MeToo movement and offended many. These bullies from Bollywood are sick and ruthless. According to the actor from Tears of Nandigram (2012), it is simple for them to harass anyone.
