If declared at the AGM, the dividend will be paid no later than August 8, 2022.

According to Larsen & Toubro's exchange filing, "The Company has chosen Friday, 22nd July 2022 as the Record Date to identify the Members entitled to receive the proposed dividend of Rs. 22.00 per share of face value Rs. 2/- each for the year ended 31st March 2022," the company notified BSE. If a dividend is declared at the AGM, it will be paid no later than August 1st, 2022. The Cut-off Date for identifying the Members entitled to vote on the resolutions included in the Notice of AGM or to attend the AGM has been set by the Company as Thursday, July 28, 2022.
