India vs West Indies ODI Series: The bat of Indian Wicket- Keeper batsman Rishabh Pant has been silent for the past few months. But, this has not affected his earnings. He has signed a big sponsorship deal with a company that makes cricket kits.

Before the ODI match between India and West Indies this Sunday, wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant has done a deal worth crores. Pant has to renew the 7- year- old bat sponsorship deal with cricket kit maker SG ( Sanspareils Greenlands ). According to the information, this is one of India's biggest bat- sponsorship deals. Pant will now become the third highest-paid cricketer in India through bat endorsements after Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. According to reports, Pant will get Rs 3 crore annually for using the SG logo on his bat.


Bat Sponsorship Deal for 8 Years for 100 Crores


Earlier, Virat Kohli had done a bat sponsorship deal with MRF for 100 crores for 8years. Apart from him, Rohit Sharma also earns crores from the company's logo on his bat. He did a deal with CEAT in 2018. Under this, the company pays them Rs4 crore every year. Shikhar Dhawan was also given 2.5 crore rupees every year under the MRF bat sponsorship deal. However, now that contract is over and for the time being, he plays with the Kookaburra bat.


Pant Will Now Earn Crores With The Bat


Sports talent management company JSW Sports, which oversees Pant's work, has claimed that the wicket-keeper batsman is now among the top-paid cricket players in the country through bat endorsements. The company that manufactures cricket goods has already like Rahul Dravid, Sunil Gavaskar, and Mohammad Azharuddin.


Pant Expressed Happiness over The Extension of The Contract With the Company


Rishabh Pant, after extending his contract with the company, said," I have been using SG's bat for a long time. Many of my memorable innings have come with the bat of this company. I am happy to take this partnership forward."


Pant Had Scored A Century on The Tour Of South Africa


Pant was recently seen playing on the South Africa tour. He scored a half-century in the 3 ODI series. Whereas in the Test series, a century came from his bat. He will be seen playing in the home ODI series against West Indies from Sunday.
