On the "Last Leg" Of His Career, Brad Pitt

In this final semester or trimester, I believe myself to be on my last leg, the actor said.

Washington: According to Hollywood actor Brad Pitt, his film career is on its "last leg."

The 58-year-old actor is not looking for a career revival, according to Variety. Pitt believes that his lengthy film career is soon coming to an end.

"In this final semester or trimester, I believe I am on my last legs. What will be covered in this section? How would I like to design that?" The Troy actor made this statement during an interview with GQ magazine.

According to Variety, director Quentin Tarantino, whose super-hit movie "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" starred Pitt, acknowledged that if Pitt's career did indeed reach its end, Hollywood would be losing "one of the last major big-screen movie stars."

Tarantino praised the Oscar-winning actor, saying, "Just a different type of man. And to be honest, I doubt you could pinpoint what that is because doing so would be like describing star brightness. When we were doing "Inglourious Basterds," I became aware of it. That effect was established by his very presence within the frame's four walls."

In 2020, Brad Pitt won the Oscars for his role in the movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. He will be appearing opposite Margot Robbie in Damien Chazelle's Babylon and David Leitch's Bullet Train, according to Variety.

This year will see the release of both movies. Babylon would premiere on December 25 while Bullet Train is scheduled to visit theatres on August 5.

Pitt's producing firm, Plan B, keeps him very busy as well. His productions include Andrew Dominik's Blonde, in which Marilyn Monroe, a great actress, and singer, will be portrayed by Ana de Armas. Women Talking, a drama film directed by Sarah Polley and based on the same-titled novel by Miriam Toews, will also be released by Pitt's production company. The film's main protagonists will be Rooney Mara and Frances McDormand.
