Ravindra Jadeja, a former captain of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), has deleted all posts on the 2021 and 2022 IPL seasons from his official Instagram account. After MS Dhoni resigned from the position two days before the 15th installment of the T20 competition, the left-handed all-rounder was elected captain of the four-time champions. However, the all-rounder buckled under strain and eventually resigned from the position, forcing the team to turn to their most dependable lieutenant.

Chennai dropped six of their eight games under Jadeja. His performances while donning the captain's hat were subpar. Only 116 runs at an average of 20 in ten games, and five wickets at an economy rate of 7.51 were all Jadeja could muster. He was later declared ineligible for the expanded 10-team competition due to a rib injury, days after giving up the captaincy. Many people believed the fiery all-rounder from Saurashtra was discarded despite the official explanation for his departure as an injury.

"This year, Jadeja failed to send a birthday greeting to Dhoni. (He performs it each year.) Additionally, he removed all of his Instagram posts on CSK. There is undoubtedly a problem, "one enthusiast wrote.

Ravindra Jadeja will perhaps depart CSK for the 2023 campaign. Almost all CSK-related posts were deleted. Additionally, Deepak Chahar and Ambati Rayudu have been mentioned, however, neither has been confirmed. Hard day for CSK supporter to accept," another user tweeted.

In the most recent successful comeback from injury, Jadeja, in the first innings of the Edgbaston Test against England, became India's second century. Together with dasher Rishabh Pant, who scored 146, they combined for a partnership of 222 runs after hitting a well-made century.

The all-rounder said, "Absolutely not," when asked if the events in CSK had made him more determined to make a strong comeback.

"Whatever occurred, occurred. I wasn't thinking about IPL. Your sole attention must be on the Indian team whenever you are competing for India. The same was true for me; there is no greater gratification than succeeding for India, he continued.
