Do you wish to study computer science? Know the CSE Cut-Off at IITs and NITs

The bachelor of technology in computer science and engineering is the most sought-after course among all those offered by different IITs (CSE)

The Joint Entrance Examinations (JEE) Main 2022 have been completed by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for both of its sessions. Candidates who took the exam are currently awaiting the outcomes. The results may be available this week, and the solution key has also been made public. The top 2.5 lakh individuals who pass the JEE Main exam are then entitled to take the JEE Advanced, which determines who gets admitted to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).

The bachelor of technology in computer science and engineering is the most sought-after course among all those offered by different IITs (CSE). Every year, lakhs of students compete for a spot at the school and sign up for the numerous courses it offers. The cut-off ranks at which IITs capped admission to BTech programs in computer science and engineering for the unreserved category for the first round of counseling are as follows:

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority conducts a round of counseling for applicants seeking admission to IITs for a variety of courses (JoSAA). NIT applicants won't need to take the JEE Advanced exam; instead, they will need to go via the JoSAA counseling process. Six rounds of counseling were held the previous year.

Meanwhile, on August 7th, the JEE Advanced 2022 application process will start. IIT Bombay will administer the test on August 28. Paper 2 will be held from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, while Paper 1 will run from 9 am to 12 pm. Computer-based testing (CBT) will be used for the IIT entrance exam.
