What Brokerages say Ahead of Infosys Q4 Earnings
According to brokerage firm YES Securities, Infosys' net sales and net profit may increase by, respectively, 26.30% and 20.30% year over year (YoY) in Q4FY22.
According to YES Securities, Infosys' growth will "be broad-based across industry verticals with practically flat QoQ margin" during the quarter. Infosys may also experience QoQ increases of 5.1% in profit after taxes and 4.2% in top-line revenue.
Market participants should concentrate on discussion relating to the forecast on attrition, IT budget, measures taken to address supply-side issues, deal environment, and FY23 revenue, margin guidance, deal pipeline, favors and deal close momentum.
In the tier-1 IT market, HDFC Securities, which favors Infosys, predicted that the company's net profit would rise by 24.80% YoY and 3% QoQ. In contrast, it forecasts a 15.40% YoY and a 0.80% QoQ increase in net profit in Q4FY22.
